18th Biennial Delegates Congress of the Party

The 18th Biennial Congress of the People’s National Congress Reform will be held from Friday 25th July to Sunday 27th July 2014 under the theme: “PNCR For National Unity, Good Governance and Development.” More than 1,000 Delegates and Observers from the ten (10) Administrative Regions of Guyana, as well as the North American and UK Regions, will be participating and indeed, some members of delegations have already started to arrive.
